Cityheart designed and delivered a 40-bed purpose-built student accommodation building for students at Moray College, part of the University of the Highlands and Islands.
The scheme forms the second phase of a wider partnership with the University to deliver and operate student accommodation across their campuses.
Cityheart worked with Aviva Investors to fund the development by structuring a long lease to the University. On completion, the development was handed to Cityheart Living, Cityheart’s dedicated student accommodation arm, to provide accommodation management, operations and marketing.
Client Testimonial:
Speaking about the new development, Fiona Larg, the University’s Chief Operating Officer and Secretary, said: “We are excited at the second phase of our residences; students are at the heart of what we do and the provision of suitable accommodation is an important asset in supporting current students and attracting new ones.”
