Cityheart / Graham Joint Venture secures place on £47bn national Pagabo framework
A joint venture partnership between Cityheart and Graham has successfully been awarded a place on the £47bn Pagabo National Framework for Developer Led Projects.
The JV was appointed to all nine lots of the national framework, which is based on a four-year arrangement, with the option to extend for a further 16 months to April 2026.

Cityheart have completed on the sale of a plot of land located at Elgin, to Robertson Developments. Having obtained planning for 16 affordable residential units, Cityheart have sold a surplus plot of land beside their student scheme in Elgin, Scotland. Robertson Developments will build the units out for Cairn Housing.
Gloucester Phase 2 Student Housing
Cityheart have signed a contract with Midas Construction to build their second phase student scheme, located at Ladybellgate Street situated in the heart of Gloucester. This 190 bed scheme supplements the 295 bed scheme completed two years ago, which is fully occupied. The scheme is funded by Aviva with a Nominations agreement with Hartbury University.…
