Cityheart Delivers Student Accommodation for Gloucester
Phase 1 consisting of 295 rooms was provided for University of Gloucestershire and completed in 2018. The second phase provided a further 190 rooms on same site for Hartpury University.

MM Management Services represented Cityheart as employer’s agent, initially under a design and build contract with Midas Construction. Following the demise of Midas Construction, Cityheart had to quickly move to a Construction Management contract, appointing Vitruvius as their Construction Manager, a move that allowed the rooms to be complete in time for the 2022/23 student intake.
Cityheart Ltd was appointed the preferred strategic development partner for the scheme by the University of Gloucestershire in 2016.
