Construction ready to start in Frosham!
Cityheart along with Partners Western Cheshire PCT and CSPC have been granted Full Planning Permission for the new Frodsham and Helsby Health Centre. It is hoped to commence work on site in May 2010.

Napier University choose Cityheart as its student accommodation provider
Cityheart were selected by Napier University (Edinburgh) to provide it with a solution to its student accommodation shortage. We are currently working up proposals to be signed off by the University and a planning application will be submitted soon.

CityHeart Ltd selected By Hull City Council as the preferred developer for Orchard Park
Cityheart have been selected by Hull City Council and the residents of Orchard Park as the preferred development partner for the redevelopment of the Orchard Park retail centre. The proposals are for a new circa 25,000 sq ft retail parade with associated car parking and landscaping.
Cityheart are proposing to submit a detailed planning application in June 2010. More detail will follow on the developments section shortly.
