A healthy start in Frodsham
Construction has commenced on the 3,000 sqm Integrated Resource Centre in Frodsham, Cheshire on behalf of Western Cheshire PCT and the Rock and Knoll Practice’s. Funding has been provided by Primary medical Property Investments Ltd. Pochin Construction are the Contractors.

New Trade for Crewe
Cityheart have been appointed Development Manger by Rowlinsons Timber Lts for their Crewe Gateway trade counter scheme. Cityheart are preparing a planning application for the redevelopment for the front of the 15 acre site which is adjacent to the B&Q depot and opposite Crewe railway station.

Planning application submitted in Edinburgh
Cityheart have submitted a planning application to the City of Edinburgh Council for their 780 bed student accommodation scheme at Fountainbridge. The scheme also includes retail space, a Public Park and Community Accommodation. The scheme is being developed for Edinburgh Napier University.

Cityheart blossom at Orchard Park
Cityheart have been granted planning consent for their 22,000 sqft retail scheme at Orchard Park in Hull. Construction is scheduled to start in early summer 2011.
