Second Student Scheme for Edinburgh
Citheart have concluded Missives on a site on Dalry Road in Edinburgh.
The design team have submitted an application notice to Edinburgh Council for a scheme comprising 250 Student Beds. Montagu Evans acted on behalf of Cityheart.

Princeway Medical Centre, Frodsham
Cityheart and its partners Comunity Solutions for Primary Care are delighted to have accepted Practical Completion on this BREEAM Excellent, Health facillity in Frodsham, Cheshire.
The building was built by Pochin Construction Limited and was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
The building is now fully operational and it is occupied by Frodsham Health Practice, the Rock Surgery and the Primary Care Trust.
Paul Smith, Practice Manager of the Frodsham Medical Practice said “in terms of the overall project, Mark McNamee and Cityheart have delivered what they promised at the outset of the project. Without his overall vision this would be something less than it is”.
