Cityheart’s investments division MPI Limited, this month completed on the refinancing of its assets located at Dornoch and Elgin in Scotland with Santander Bank.
These assets currently accommodate students who study at Moray College and North Highland College respectively, through Cityheart’s accommodation management contract with the University of Highlands and Islands.
