Cityheart have entered into a Development Agreement with LocatED to build a 420 place primary school in the centre of Kingston. The school forms part of a mixed-use development with 19 apartments which will be sold on the open market.
Vinci Construction have been appointed as the main contractor for the £20m scheme which will be delivered in 2022. MM Management Services are Employers Agent and QS and Stride Treglown Architects.
