Caernarfon Criminal Justice Centre

Cityheart designed, developed and arranged funding for the 4,000m² Magistrates Court in Caernarforn, housing two Crown Courts, a Magistrate’s Court, Youth Court and a range of office and administration facilities.

Following appointment of a best-in-class design team, Cityheart carried out a detailed design process to ensure the scheme met the various judicial requirements and achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’, ultimately securing the Welsh BREEAM Award Commendation.

Cityheart sourced finance for the £17million complex from London & Capital with the long lease held by Her Majestry’s Court Service.
