Cityheart completed the 117-bed Fontessa House student accommodation project in September 2016. Located close to the University in the heart of Chester, the scheme is divided into two blocks, with a mix of studios, cluster apartments and a town house with shared kitchen and communal living areas.

The scheme was constructed on a prominent site at a gateway into the City and housed a derelict commercial office building. The tight and congested location meant an intensive public consultation process was required, which resulted in full planning consent.
