Cityheart Homes have acquired a development site of 1.7 acres subject to planning, adjacent to New Mills Football Club in High Peak.
The development will be delivered in partnership with Great Places Housing and will comprise 20 two and three bed houses which will be available on a shared ownership basis.
Architects Calder Peel have sympathetically designed the houses to ensure they are in keeping with the local landscape and the masterplan layout takes into consideration the future redevelopment by NMFC into a state of the art 3G football pitch.
