Orwell Terrace Student Accommodation

Following the successful delivery of the Fountainbridge Student Accommodation, Edinburgh Napier University appointed Cityheart to develop a further 234 student beds in the City.

The University required 37 cluster flats to be developed on a tight urban site, which required vacant possession from an existing retail tenant. Through the early development period, Cityheart worked with the tenant to source a new site in an alternate location and agreed terms, subsequently delivering their new £1.9m building to facilitate development on the Orwell Terrace site.

The scheme has been designed to create a sense of place and community, whilst also improving pedestrian links to the City and Dalry park.
