Stockport Interchange

In partnership with Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, Cityheart is delivering a residential-led scheme comprising the redevelopment of an existing bus station site within Stockport Town Centre as part of the £1bn Mayoral Development Corporation to repurpose assets and act as a catalyst for the further redevelopment of the town centre.

The scheme is centred around the development of a new state-of-the-art transport interchange and a residential element, comprising 196 units finished to a high standard, with car parking spaces, a district heating system, 780m2 commercial / amenity space, rooftop park and enhanced connectivity through a new link bridge to the town’s rail station and River Mersey frontage.

Cityheart will also be long-term operator and manager.
